About Us

Our Legacy

Keister Webb’s rich heritage began in the 60s with founder Haley and carries on until this day under the leadership of his son, Mark Keister and David Webb. Founded initially as H.W. Keister & Associates, the firm has been a trusted name in structural engineering throughout the Southeast for nearly 70 years. In 2020, the firm underwent a strategic rebranding to become Keister Webb Structural Engineers, LLC, reflecting both a broadened leadership and an evolving vision for the future.

Mark J. Keister, PE

Principal

Mr. Keister began his career as a structural engineer in 1983. He has since provided structural engineering services and expertise to architects and owners throughout the nation, as he is licensed in 15 states. Mark’s leadership continues to shape the firm’s trajectory, emphasizing technical rigor, client collaboration, and a dedication to sustainable and resilient design practices.

David L. Webb, PE

Principal

Mr. Webb brings structural engineering expertise, collaborating closely with design teams and project stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that align with each project’s unique vision and goals. A licensed Professional Engineer in several states, he is dedicated to advancing the industry through active involvement in professional organizations and takes great pride in mentoring the next generation of engineers.
